The force is strong with this one! Limited Edition Kinect Star Wars Xbox 360

9 Feb

"These ARE the droids I'm looking for!"

I’m not normally one to get excited over limited edition consoles, you know, the same old console with a fancy new paint job and exclusive licensing with a larger price to try to coax fanboys out of every last penny, but I will make an exception with this one. What we have here is the limited edition Kinect Star Wars Xbox 360. The bundle includes a special edition white Kinect sensor, the new “Kinect Star Wars” game, a spiffy R2-D2 console complete with various sound effects from the droid for various console functions, as well as a limited edition Daft Punk…er, C3PO controller, a 320 gb HDD, a wired headset and a voucher for exclusive downloadable content. You can expect to find the bundle in most stores and online retailers on April 3rd, for a list price of $449.99, but as many of you (hopefully) know, a little shopping around goes a long way online. Tell us what you think of this beauty in the comments and remember to “like” us on Facebook and follow us on Twitter!

Wow that’s really really expensive…but I can imagine the amount of Star Wars fans willing to pay anything for it! I think I’ll just stick to my PS3 for now :)
